Visual automation for Windows

Stack blocks.
Automate everything.

BlockT turns repetitive desktop work into flows you build by snapping blocks together. Open programs, type, click, wait for what is on screen, then run it all with one key.

Free · Windows 10 or later · v1.0.1

01 — Build

Snap. Stack. Run.

  1. 1

    Pick a trigger

    Start a flow When run, when a key is pressed, when a window gets focus, or when a timer ends.

  2. 2

    Stack actions

    Drag blocks from the palette and they snap together. Every field stays editable right on the block.

  3. 3

    Run it anywhere

    Press Run or the global F8 shortcut. Stop any time, and every run is written to a log.

02 — Blocks

Eight drawers of building blocks.

Everything a desktop flow needs, sorted by color so you can read a script at a glance.

  • Events

    When run · When key pressed · When window focused · When timer ends

  • Files

    Open program · Open file · Save active file

  • System

    Wait · Run command · Show notification

  • Input

    Type text · Press key · Click mouse · Move mouse · Move relative

  • Detection

    Detect screen color · Detect screen text

  • Loops

    Repeat · If · If / else · While · Only in app

  • Variables

    Set · Random · Change — use them in Wait and Repeat

  • Functions

    Turn any stack into one reusable block with a right-click

03 — Detection

Flows that can see.

Drop a detection block into an If or While and BlockT checks the screen before it acts. Wait for a button to turn green, or for a dialog to say “Saved”.

04 — Logic

Real logic. Zero syntax.

  • RepeatLoop a stack a fixed number of times, or a times.
  • If / elseBranch on a condition or on what is on screen.
  • WhileKeep going until the condition changes.
  • Only in appInner blocks run only while the chosen app is active, so keystrokes never land in the wrong window.
a = 3 roll = 1 to 6 4 a + 1 to 5 wait "a" second

05 — AI

Describe it. Get blocks.

Write what the macro should do, optionally with a screen snapshot, and BlockT drafts the blocks, including detection areas and colors.

Example prompt: Wait for the green Start button, click it, then type the report title.

  1. While not Detect color #4DBA74
  2. Wait 0.5 s
  3. Click mouse 812, 540
  4. Type text Weekly report

06 — Code view

Blocks when you want them. Code when you need it.

Flip any script to JavaScript, edit it, and apply. The blocks update to match.

// 1: selected script
macro.run(async () => {
  await macro.block("Open program", "notepad.exe");
  await macro.wait(2);
  macro.setVariable("a", "3");
  await macro.block("Type text", "Hello from BlockT");
  await macro.pressKey("Enter");
});

Your desktop, on autopilot.

Install BlockT, snap your first flow together, and press F8.
